What You'll Do in the Role
- Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on operational HR matters, including responding to policy questions, assisting with offboarding, immigration queries, mobility eligibility, leave processing, and employment verification letters.
- Deliver high-quality support to HR Business Partners for both cyclical and ad-hoc processes, including talent assessments, performance evaluations, diversity initiatives, promotions, compensation, and audits.
- Manage general job change transactions.
- Partner with global and regional HR teams to support operational initiatives and drive people-focused projects.
- Project manage planned and ad-hoc activities for the HR Business Partner team as needed.
- Proactively suggest process improvements and identify issues during transactional work; escalate matters to the HCM Service Delivery Lead when necessary.
- Document best practices through job aids and training materials.
- Ensure service delivery standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Track requests through completion; accurately log and update information in systems to maintain records, resolutions, and metrics for stakeholders.
- Bachelor s degree with two or more years of relevant professional experience.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to adapt communication style based on audience.
- A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves, can-do attitude.
- Strong multitasking ability with excellent attention to detail while handling heavy workflow volume.
- Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines; understands when to escalate issues.
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability in completing tasks thoroughly and on time.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of initiative.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
- Solid understanding of general HR functions.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Visio experience is a plus.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience is typically expected to meet the requirements of this role.
