Project Estimator/Manager
Kelley Bros, a leading national Total Openings Distributor has an employment opportunity for a Full time Project Estimator/Manager in its Clarks Summit, PA location.

We are seeking an Estimator/Project Manager that can provide accurate estimates on Commercial Door – Frame and Hardware packages and detailed shop drawing and hardware schedules. We’re also interested in the candidate’s ability to be proficient in managing or detailing multiple projects for the furnishing of doors, frames and hardware for commercial construction.
We would also consider a candidate that is proficient in project management from other areas in the Commercial Construction business.
Candidates should be highly organized, self – motivated and should have extensive knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications. Candidates should also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as competent decision-making skills.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word along with an aptitude for learning all types of computer software is a must form this position.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Must be dependable and detail oriented
- Construction experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Estimator:
- Review plans and specifications
- Create clear and accurate estimates for Division 8 doors, frames, and hardware
- Follow up on quotes submitted to negotiate receiving the PO for that job
- Other duties as defined by Management
- Provide excellent customer service
Project Manager (in addition to the Estimator role):
- Once awarded, manage jobs to completion
- Develop a positive relationship with the GC’s/customer
- Make sure material is ordered on time for the construction schedule
- Organize the delivery or receipt of the material with the GC
- Create and process change orders when necessary
- Other duties as defined by Management
- Provide excellent customer service

- Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
