Role Description The Project Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in Luzerne, PA. This position is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for excavation and construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project plans and specifications, conducting site visits, analyzing bids and proposals, and collaborating with project managers and field teams to align estimates with project requirements. The Project Estimator will also assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and updating estimates as project scopes change. This role involves ongoing communication with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure estimates are clear, competitive, and aligned with company standards.
