Keller is looking for an Accounting Assistant based out of our Rockaway, NJ location. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter to learn numerous accounting processes, with room for growth and potential for advancement.

Salary Range: $58,000 - $63,000 per year
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law

Responsibilities
- Enter Shop Time Hours on a weekly basis
- Assist in reviewing and submitting Salary and Union Field payroll
- Assist with layoff checks as needed
- Review checks for accuracy
- Assist in certified payroll reporting as needed
- Assist in Monthly OCIP/CCIP reporting as needed
- Accounts payable processing
- Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and organized
- Experience with payroll reporting a plus
- Basic computer skills – Excel, Adobe/PDF’s, ability to learn ERP
- Accounting Degree, Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred
