Duties
- Assist licensed real estate agents with managing residential property contracts and transactions from listing to closing, ensuring all steps are executed efficiently and accurately
- Support clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process by providing timely updates and clear communication
- Follow up on offers and counteroffers on behalf of agents, leveraging strong sales negotiation skills to secure favorable terms
- Conduct market analysis to inform pricing strategies and identify industry trends that impact property values and client decisions
- Coordinate and manage real estate documentation, including contracts, disclosures, and legal compliance in accordance with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to maintain detailed client records, schedule appointments, and track transaction progress
- Develop marketing materials and strategies to promote listings effectively across various channels while ensuring adherence to fair housing standards
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously by organizing schedules, appointments, and property showings with exceptional organizational skills
Skills
- Licensed real estate agent, or experienced transaction coordinator.
- Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus—to connect with diverse clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and correspondence
- Knowledge of real estate market analysis techniques and current industry trends to provide strategic advice
- Understanding of real estate offer negotiation, managing transactions from start to finish, and closing deals successfully
- Ability to build rapport with clients through exceptional customer service and client communication skills
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, property management practices, and administrative procedures related to practicing real estate
- Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple transactions efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
