This is not a traditional management role. The Team Leader serves as the chief growth officer of the Market Center—focused on recruiting top talent, coaching agents to higher levels of success, and fostering a culture where people thrive both personally and professionally.
The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder, skilled communicator, and servant leader who loves helping others achieve their goals. You'll work alongside an engaged leadership team to drive agent growth, productivity, profitability, and culture.
What You'll Do:
- Recruit and attract top real estate professionals
- Coach agents and teams to higher levels of production
- Lead productivity, training, and accountability programs
- Build relationships throughout the local real estate community
- Partner with Market Center leadership on strategic growth initiatives
- Inspire a culture of learning, collaboration, and contribution
- Drive agent engagement, retention, and business development
What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership, sales, coaching, or business development experience
- Strong recruiting and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional communication and influence
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth
- High level of accountability, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to inspire and motivate others to take action
- Real estate experience preferred; Keller Williams experience a plus
