You'll learn how to find potential buyers and sellers, start conversations, build relationships, and guide clients through the buying and selling process.

You won't be expected to figure everything out on your own. Our team provides personalized coaching, mentorship from experienced agents, and established systems to help you manage prospects, follow up with clients, and develop your sales skills.

We're looking for people who are comfortable talking with others, willing to learn, and able to manage their time and responsibilities independently.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000

This is a 100% commission-based position, with earnings determined by individual activity, production, and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of self-motivation and the ability to work independently while being part of a team.
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools to manage client interactions and transactions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes for lead generation and client management.
• Ability to conduct market research and stay informed about local real estate trends.
