What You’ll Be Doing:
- Hosting open houses and guiding prospective buyers and sellers.
- Building your local database through strategic lead generation strategies we teach you.
- Writing contracts, negotiating transactions, and managing deals from offer to closing.
- Participating in hands-on coaching, script practice, and team market center events.
What We’re Looking For:
- You have passed the NYS exam, are currently completing your 77-hour course, or hold an active NYS Real Estate License.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and ready to treat real estate like a business.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people with major life moves.
- Willingness to learn, implement proven systems, and take action.
Job Details & Benefits:
- Pay: 100% Commission-Based ($75,000.00 – $200,000.00 estimated annual earnings)
- Work Location: Hybrid (Flexibility to work remotely and drop into our Latham, Saratoga Springs, or Hudson locations).
- Schedule: Flexible hours (20–40 hours/week based on your personal goals).
