Keller Williams Showcase Properties is seeking a dynamic Recruiter / Team Leader to drive growth and lead our high-performing, well-established Braintree Market Center. Responsibilities
- Drive aggressive agent growth by recruiting mid level and high-producing real estate professionals, using proven Keller Williams systems to build a strong and sustainable pipeline.
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a high-performing staff, ensuring each team member is well-trained, aligned with the office vision, and consistently executing at top standards.
- Manage and elevate Market Center financial performance, monitoring key indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies that maximize growth and profitability.
- Consult with top agents on business strategy and financial management, helping them scale production, improve efficiency, and achieve significant breakthroughs in their personal businesses.
- Champion a learning-based culture by promoting world-class training, coaching, and educational opportunities that empower agents at every level.
- Foster a positive, growth-minded environment that challenges associates to reach their full potential while maintaining a supportive, people-first culture that Keller Williams is known for.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruiting with the ability to learn and implement proven strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing / leading teams within fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates at all levels as well as inter-office team members.
- Experience conducting interviews (the needs analysis of a recruit) to identify the gap between where the agent is and where they want to be in their career and how the KW environment can help them achieve their goals.
- Ability to leverage social media platforms for company branding and candidate attraction and outreach effectively.
- Background in sales-oriented roles such as lead generation is advantageous for recruiting success.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
