Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in Johns Creek, GA. Some work-from-home flexibility is offered. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, building client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, conducting market research, and negotiating sales transactions. The agent will play an active role in guiding clients through the end-to-end real estate process while driving sales and achieving business goals.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License, with knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Strong skills in Sales and Real Estate to effectively guide clients through buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Customer Service expertise combined with an understanding of Real Property for maintaining client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with real estate software tools and technology is a plus.
- High level of self-motivation with the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with the Johns Creek, GA real estate market is a bonus.
