We’re expanding our luxury team at Keller Williams Realty Scottsdale, and we’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented Showing Assistant to support our buyer agents and help deliver a luxury-level client experience.

What You’ll Do
- Show homes to active buyers and support the lead agent during the buying process
- Tour properties, refine buyer criteria, and identify new homes that match their needs
- Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout their home search
- Drive buyers to homes and provide a seamless, supportive experience
- Work closely with the lead agent to keep the process on track

Compensation & Growth
Base Compensation Bonus Incentives OR Transaction Compensation (Split). This role provides a clear pathway to advance into a Lead Buyer Specialist position or other leadership roles within the team.
