Team Select Home Care is looking for a Recruiter to join our Team Select family. The Recruiter will source and recruit high qualified LPNs and RNs for a career in Home Health.
- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Screen and interview qualified candidates
- Maintain relationship with nurses throughout their employment
- Perform to hit KPIs (weekly and monthly)
- Expect to have high call volume of 75 calls per day
- Innovative approach to recruiting and sourcing
