The Growth Operations Coordinator increases the capacity and effectiveness of the Growth Team by coordinating, tracking, and supporting execution across Value Operations and Growth Operations.
The Growth Operations Coordinator is execution-first and support-oriented, ensuring that key initiatives — both internal-facing (cross-department deliverables) and field-facing implementation specifically through Regional Operational Managers (ROMs) and Regional MCAs — move forward on time, with clarity, alignment, and follow-through.
The Growth Operations Coordinator does not set priorities, but plays a critical role in:
- Coordinating work already defined by leadership
- Reducing operational drag
- Creating visibility into progress, risks, and insights
- Ensuring commitments translate into execution

Value Operations Coordination (Internal-Facing)
- Coordinates cross-department collaboration on KWRI’s top value deliverables through KWRI teams, to include Growth, KWU, Marketing/Video/PR, MAPS, Tech/Data, Publishing, Faculty, Communities, KW Next Gen, and KWCares
- Supports VP, Growth Operations in ensuring cross department value deliverables are in alignment with the Growth Team GPS and the KWRI GPS
- Acts as an operational extension of the VP, Growth Operations in meetings they cannot attend—capturing decisions, action items, and follow-up
- Helps reduce silos by ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability across departments contributing to KWRI’s top value deliverables
- Collaborates with deliverables drivers and project managers on maintain clear project plans, timelines, and follow-up systems to communicate executive updates
- Creates and maintains simple systems, templates, and reports to support execution and visibility
- Keeps key stakeholders, deliverable drivers, the Growth Team and key leaders in the field (specifically ROMs and RMCAs) aligned on deliverable expectations, deadlines, and next steps
- Consistently and swiftly escalates risks, delays, or misalignments to the Growth Team as needed with clarity and context

Growth Operations Coordination (Field-Facing)
- Coordinates and supports ROMs & RMCAs with execution of KWRI’s top value deliverables that impact regions, market centers and agents
- Supports VP, Growth Operations as an operational liaison between Growth Team and ROM & RMCA communities
- Attends all applicable Regional calls, meetings, and task forces to track commitments, timelines, and next steps, especially in support of ROM and RMCA alignment
- Engages, supports and assists in moderating ROM and/or RMCA community where appropriate
- Collects and organizes insights and available data around implementation, adoption and impact of KWRI deliverables in the field via the ROM and RMCA communities
- Collects and socializes best practices for implementing KWRI deliverables from regions and MC leadership and bring success stories to the Growth Team for highlighting
- Supports Growth Team, Project Drivers and Marketing/Communications Team and key field leadership on deliverable communications and implementation/adoption expectations
- Partners with the ROMs/RMCAs to align workflows, communication scripts, templates, and accountability structures where needed
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field. Four (4) years of relevant education and work experience may be substituted for degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Project Coordination or Operations Coordination, preferably in Real Estate, Financial Services, or closely related industry
- Experience in building and maintaining strong working relationships across stakeholder groups and cross department teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication (clear and easy to follow/understand)
- Highly service-oriented with a calm, professional presence
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines, workflow, and team execution in a fast-based and demanding work environment
- Comfortable supporting senior leaders and operating on their behalf
- High emotional intelligence and conflict de-escalation abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
- Comfortable delivering clear deadlines and candid messages while remaining supportive

Preferred Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Project Coordination or Operations Coordination in Real Estate, Financial Services, or closely related industry
- Familiarity with real estate, franchising, or professional services environments preferred Proficient in Google Suite, Asana, Zoom, and Slack
