Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties
Provide clients guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends and property values
Show properties to potential buyers
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale agreements
Prepare and present offers to clients and facilitate negotiations
Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys
Qualifications:
-Willingness to enroll in pre-licensing school and pay tuition of appropriate $300. Keller Williams will reimburse you upon you first transaction.
Willingness to take the 3 real estate courses and the state test to obtain a Real Estate license
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions
Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required
Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
Develop Proficiency in administrative tasks - or ability to delegate those tasks - related to real estate transactions, such as record keeping and client follow-up.
Willingness to grow your knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, including fair housing regulations with the help of our Trainers and Mentors
