We’re growing our luxury team at Keller Williams Realty Scottsdale, and we’re looking for a driven, people-focused Inbound Sales Agent (ISA) to help us convert opportunities and support our agents at a high level.

What You’ll Do
- Convert inbound inquiries into qualified appointments
- Follow proven scripts and deliver our team’s value proposition
- Qualify leads for motivation, timing, financial details, and next steps
- Maintain and update our CRM with rigorous follow-up
- Track key metrics and participate in accountability meetings
- Support agents by ensuring leads are ready for a smooth handoff
- Stay informed on local market trends and industry best practices
What You Bring
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Confident phone presence, comfortable spending most of your day on calls
- Ability to learn scripts and dialogues quickly
- Excellent organizational and time-management habits
- A team-first mindset with strong personal ambition
- Real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Proven track record in sales or customer conversion (preferred)
