Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent based in San Francisco, CA. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, lease, and manage commercial properties. Typical tasks include preparing market analyses, identifying and evaluating properties, conducting showings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. The agent will also collaborate with colleagues and local business partners, stay updated on market trends, and work toward achieving sales goals while delivering exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate transactions, contract negotiation, and commercial property evaluation
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and marketing strategies
- Sales, client communication, and relationship-building skills
- Time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with real estate software, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms
