Agent Marketing Support and Operations
- Manage ordering of marketing materials through Markful
- (business cards, open house signs, for sale signs, name tags)
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of agent requests
- Serve as a primary resource for agent marketing needs
Event Planning and Calendar Management
- Maintain and execute the office’s annual marketing calendar and event cadence
- Coordinate classes, workshops, and in-office events
- Promote events across internal and external channels
Monthly Marketing Toolkits
- Create and distribute monthly marketing toolkits for agents
- Support agents on paid marketing plans by:
- Executing campaigns on their behalf
- Ensuring consistency and quality in branding and messaging
Agent Onboarding and Recognition
- Create and post:
- Welcome announcements for internal Facebook groups
- Capper and milestone recognition posts
- Provide agents with ready-to-use social media content via email for external posting
Design and Branding
- Develop marketing materials using Canva
- Manage and utilize the Canva Enterprise account through Keller Williams
- Ensure all marketing aligns with brand standards
- Agents feel supported, confident, and proud of their marketing
- Systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Events are well-organized, well-attended, and impactful
- Marketing output is consistent, polished, and on-brand
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
- Comfortable learning new platforms and systems quickly
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Marketing, communications, or real estate experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Creative, yet highly structured
