About the Role
At Keeley Enterprises, we tackle a little bit of everything—from full kitchen and bath remodels to plumbing, electrical, drywall, texture, yard work, and property cleanouts ("de-trashing"). Our properties range from humble fixer-uppers to high-end residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for a versatile crew member who takes pride in every job, regardless of property type, and brings a great attitude every day.
No extensive construction background? No problem. If you bring strong drive, reliability, and work ethic, we will cross-train you on the job across multiple skilled trades in a supportive small-business environment.
What You’ll Do
- Hands-on Trades Support: Assist with drywall installation, texturing, finishing, basic plumbing prep, electrical prep, carpentry, painting, and flooring (LVP, laminate, tile).
- Property Prep & Maintenance: Handle demolition, material loading/unloading, job site cleanup, yard work, and property cleanouts.
- Adaptable Work: Transition smoothly between high-end remodel sites and humble cleanup projects with equal professionalism.
- Tech & Logistics: Use mobile apps to track tasks and time, traveling between local job sites as assigned.
- On-Call Rotation: Participate in a light, rotating emergency on-call schedule (call-outs are rare, with slight seasonal upticks).
What We’re Looking For
- Attitude & Trainability First: A strong desire to learn skilled trades; prior construction experience is a bonus, but completely optional.
- Legal Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check in accordance with local laws/regulations.
- Adaptability & Humility: Comfortable working on diverse properties—from luxury homes to heavy trash-out jobs—without pretense.
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely use hand/power tools, lift 75 lbs, and work actively on your feet all day.
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to get to various work sites on time.

- Competitive Pay: $18.00 – $24.00/hr starting base (DOE) regular overtime opportunities.
- 4-Day Work Week: Standard schedule is Monday through Thursday, giving you guaranteed 3-day weekends every single week!
- Travel Pay: IRS maximum mileage reimbursement for all job-to-job driving in your personal vehicle.
- Paid Time Off & Holidays: Paid holidays after 30 days of employment; PTO available after 1 year.
- Wellness Benefits: Access to partnered health clinic and gym programs (Company covers 100% of costs after 1 year).
