Full-time | $30–$35 per hour, based on experience
The Job:
You know remodeling means working with what’s already there. You can read the plans, spot a problem, and work through a practical solution without losing sight of the finished result.
Treasure Valley Redesign & Remodel is a family-run residential remodeling company looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in quality work and treats coworkers and homeowners with respect.
The Work:
This is a hands-on carpentry position covering framing, installation, trim, and finish work on residential remodeling projects.
You will:
- Read drawings and specifications to understand the scope and plan your work.
- Complete residential carpentry tasks with attention to fit, finish, and accuracy.
- Work through the unexpected conditions that come with remodeling existing homes.
- Coordinate with the team to keep work moving and meet project schedules.
- Identify material needs and communicate questions or problems before they delay the work.
- Help assess carpentry tasks and material quantities for estimates when needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean jobsite and take care of clients’ homes and belongings.
What we’re looking for:
- At least eight years of experience in residential trades, including five years on residential remodeling crews.
- Strong framing, trim, and finish carpentry skills.
- The ability to read plans, organize tasks, and complete work with limited supervision.
- Dependability, sound judgment, and clear communication.
- A willingness to keep learning and share what you know with the team.
- Respect for coworkers, subcontractors, and homeowners.

Pay and benefits:
- $25–$35 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skills.
