A respected estate planning and administration group is hiring a junior associate (0–3 years) to work on complex, high-net-worth estate matters and be trained the right way. This is not basic probate—you’ll gain meaningful exposure and direct mentorship and we are open to train.
Location: Harrison, NY (fully on-site)
Compensation: $100K–$115K base bonus
Team: Collaborative, low-drama, highly interactive
Background
- 0–3 years as an attorney (T&E preferred, not required)
- Demonstrated interest in Trusts & Estates
- Strong writing, communication, and attention to detail
- Coachable, team-oriented, and comfortable working on-site
Scope
- Support estate administration and probate matters
- Assist with filings and documentation
- Work on high-net-worth estates, including tax exposure
- Partner closely with senior attorneys for hands-on development
