Job Title: Assistant Buyer (Temp to Hire)
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
Buying Support
- Prepare purchase orders, ensure accuracy, and track order status from placement to delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date product information including pricing and product details
- Open purchase order follow-up and ETA system updates
- Address Purchase Requisitions in a timely and efficient manner
Operational & Administrative Tasks
- Track and maintain report on international shipments communicating upcoming deliveries to receiving and inventory to ensure adequate resources for the storage and receipt of the material
- Maintain up-to-date product information including pricing and product details
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1– years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or related business field.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Comfort with ERP software (Coronet uses Sage X3)
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
