Location: Rochelle Park, NJ (4 days in office, Tuesday in Rochelle Park, other days can be in NYC showroom)
Experience level: 7 years selling footwear
Compensation: $125K-$165K

Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our growing footwear team. This individual will be responsible for managing and expanding key department store and mid-tier retail accounts. The ideal candidate has established relationships at the buyer and DMM levels, a deep understanding of the footwear industry, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing business with major department stores and mid-tier retail accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve seasonal and annual revenue targets.
- Partner closely with the VP of Sales, Planning, and Design teams to ensure alignment on product assortment, pricing, and distribution strategies.
- Present seasonal product lines and key initiatives to retail partners and buyers.
- Analyze business performance, track sell-through data, and identify growth opportunities by account.
- Foster strong relationships with buyers, DMMs, and cross-functional partners to drive collaboration and brand success.
- Collaborate with the showroom team during market weeks and support account meetings and line presentations.
- Provide insights and feedback to design and product teams based on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of account management or sales experience within the footwear industry (required).
- Demonstrated success managing major department store and mid-tier accounts.
- Established relationships at the buyer and DMM level with top U.S. retailers.
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape, consumer trends, and competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and retail planning systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Salary : $125,000 - $165,000
