The Market Operations Director provides hands-on leadership across multiple branch locations, overseeing day-to-day business operations, compliance supervision, advisor onboarding, and staff management. This individual acts as the supervisory principal for the market, ensuring smooth transitions, strong advisor support, and alignment with firm policies and home office operations.
Location: Near Portland
Reports to: Head of Operations
Compensation: $140K–160K base; plus bonus plus equity;

Background & Licensing
- Active Series 7
- Series 9 and 10 (or Series 24 equivalent) required
- Series 66 (or 63 & 65) preferred
- Life & Health license a plus
- 10 years in wealth management, ideally within a broker-dealer, RIA, or wirehouse environment
- Experience managing support staff and overseeing operational or supervisory functions
- Proven success supporting advisor transitions (mergers, new team onboarding, or RIA integrations)
- Comfortable working primarily onsite three days per week, with travel across nearby branches as needed
