Compensation: 90-135K base plus discretionary bonus

Background
- As the role is onsite in NYC (near Penn Station), looking for someone who lives in or near Queens/Nassau/Western Long Island.
- Willing and able to travel to Long Island job sites when required? (1-2x per month)
- Hands-on experience in BMS / building automation systems.
- Some experience supervising or leading field teams on construction projects
- Preferred if you have worked with any of these (Automated Logic, Niagara, Honeywell, etc.)
- Experience handling/ commissioning, integration, or troubleshooting independent
- Some experience editing BAS programs (setpoints, alarms, conversion patterns)
Salary : $90,000 - $135,000
