AI Project Coordinator

Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for an AI Project Coordinator to support the delivery of AI implementation projects by tracking timelines, coordinating communication between technical teams and stakeholders, and keeping project delivery organized on a day-to-day basis. This is an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI project delivery while working closely with senior project managers and the wider delivery team, with a growth path toward an AI Lead role.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Tracking

• Maintain project trackers, timelines, and status logs across active AI implementation and pilot projects.

• Support scope, milestone, and success criteria documentation under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.

• Help maintain the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and follow up on outstanding action items.

Cross-Functional Support

• Coordinate scheduling and communication between technical delivery teams, including Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, AI Trainers, and internal stakeholders.

• Support sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for AI project teams.

• Assist with handoff documentation from pre-sales to project delivery.

Reporting & Stakeholder Support

• Prepare project status updates and reporting materials for internal leadership.

• Track action items and follow-ups from client and stakeholder meetings.

• Flag risks, blockers, or scope changes to the Senior Project Manager as early as possible.

Quality Support

• Support quality assurance (QA) cycles and user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination for AI deliverables.

• Help verify delivery milestones against acceptance criteria before client sign-off.

Learning & Growth

• Build working knowledge of the AI and machine learning project lifecycle through hands-on exposure to live projects.

• Take on increasing ownership of project workstreams as skills develop, with a growth path toward an AI Lead role.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar support role. Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and relevant internship or academic project experience are encouraged to apply.

• Comfortable working with project tracking tools such as spreadsheets, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.

• Basic understanding of how technology or AI/data projects progress from planning to delivery.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in a BPO, outsourcing, or shared services environment.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum ceremonies or project management fundamentals.

• Personal or academic exposure to AI tools or AI-assisted workflows.
