Under the direction of the of the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator assists with the logistical and administrative functions related to the day-to day operations of the Operations Division, and supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and matters to ensure alignment with the agency’s goals. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing timelines, facilitating communication across teams, and preparing documentation to support compliance and reporting requirements. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. |

This position is non-civil service. This position is an exempt position.
