The BCBA will play a crucial role in developing and overseeingbehavior intervention plans for our clients, conducting assessments, and providing behavior analysisservices. Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive client assessments and design behavior intervention plans. Oversee the implementation of intervention plans and make modifications based on behavioralanalysis.2. Supervision and Training: Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians, offering guidance and support to ensureservice excellence. Deliver regular parent training sessions to support families in reinforcing interventions at home.3. Client and Family Relations: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with client families, serving as the primarycontact for client needs. Empower families through consistent support and regular training sessions to ensure interventionsuccess at home.4. Data Collection and Reporting: Collect, review, and analyze client data to align treatment plans with individual client needs. Prepare and submit detailed session notes and reports for billing within specified timelines.5. Team Collaboration and Professional Development: Collaborate with client supports coordinators, case managers, and our multidisciplinary team toreview cases and data. Actively engage in staff meetings, clinical discussions, and pursue ongoing professional development.Requirements: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Proven experience in client assessment, intervention planning, and overseeing implementation. Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and their application. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and adherence to ethical standards. Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and deadlines.Work Setting:This role is based in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment. Periodically,it may involve interacting with patients demonstrating severe problem behaviors like aggression, propertydamage, self-injury, and self-stimulating behaviors.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here exemplify those essential for an employee to proficiently executethe job functions, either with or without reasonable accommodations.
