Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dearborn, MI, with opportunities for some work-from-home tasks such as documentation, treatment planning, and telehealth services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and updating behavior intervention plans, and designing individualized treatment programs grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The BCBA will provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians, monitor treatment fidelity, and analyze data to guide ongoing clinical decisions. In this role, the BCBA will offer parent and caregiver education, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and progress reports. The position also involves participating in team meetings, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of clinical services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including assessment, program design, and data-driven decision making.
• Candidates should possess skills in Psychology and Behavior Management to support individuals with diverse behavioral and developmental needs.
• Candidates should possess experience in Parent Education, including training caregivers to implement strategies and supporting families with practical guidance.
• Active BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with neurodiverse populations, such as individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills, with proficiency in behavior data collection and analysis tools.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with families, technicians, and other professionals in a team-based environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including on-site services in Dearborn, MI and remote clinical tasks as needed.
