We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team that is as passionate about working with children as we are.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee caseload of child with Autism Spectrum Disorders in clinic environment
-Design and implement treatment plans and goals
-Provide regular training and oversight to behavior technicians
-Collaborate with Speech/Occupational Therapy/BCBA’s
-Collaborate with parents on goals and provide training
Requirements:
-Master's degree
-Licensed Behavior Analyst valid in the state of Michigan
-Certification from Behavior Analyst Certification Board
-Must have a passion for working with children
-Dedicated to working in a positive work environment
-Up to date on current research and education
-Willing to take initiative with growing a high quality program
