Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and progress.
- Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective, consistent treatment delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and deliver care with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, autism support, or ABA therapy (required).
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior management techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (travel required between client homes).
- Background in psychology, education, social work, or behavioral health preferred.
- Competitive pay: $22–$30 per hour, based on experience.
