We have an immediate opening for an Inventory Control Coordinator supporting our Pre-Weigh Department with for ensuring raw material integrity in company databases by validating incoming Transfer Orders, organizing staging lanes, managing returns and conducting regular inventory reviews in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Business Process Procedures (BPPs).
What are we looking for?
HS Diploma, GED or equivalent degree is required.
Minimum of 1 year previous inventory control experience is strongly preferred; previous experience working with SAP is preferred.

This position is responsible for:
Validates all raw materials received into SAP against Transfer Orders (e.g. component, lot, quantity).
Defines and maintains organizational structure of staging lanes.
Performs daily spot-checks and weekly full inventory reviews.
Manages “Search & Rescue” process for stranded inventory.
Audits SAP transactions for preweigh usage and returns.
Collaborates with warehouse and preweigh teams to improve flow and accuracy.
Generates reports on inventory aging and discrepancies.
Operates powered industrial equipment in accordance with established safety regulations, guidelines, and procedures.
Provides recommendations to improve inventory management and processes.
Performs all work in a manner that is consistent with the company’s quality system and FDA good manufacturing practices, includes maintaining a clean and orderly production area at all times.
Follows, promotes, and enforces KDC’s safety and environmental policies, practices, and procedures.
Assists with safety investigations and corrective actions related to safety hazards and/or incidents.
Completes SOPs, Work Instructions, and other paperwork according to established company policy.
Maintains confidentiality of customer information, and other sensitive and confidential information.
Exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works overtime as needed due to workplace demands. Performs other related duties as required.
