Project Coordinator

- Coordinate and track the implementation and optimization of freight tech systems (TMS, visibility platforms, carrier onboarding tools, etc.)
- Serve as a liaison between technology providers and internal operations teams.
- Assist in project planning, including timelines, milestones, documentation, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support user training and change management during new software rollouts.
- Collaborate with the product and tech teams to align system capabilities with brokerage workflow needs.
- Gather user feedback and help prioritize system enhancements or fixes.
- Ensure successful integration and data consistency between systems (e.g., CRM, TMS, rating APIs).
Required:
- 2 years of experience in project coordination (logistics, supply chain, or SaaS ideal)
- Familiarity with freight brokerage systems (Revenova, Project44, Highway, etc.)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Excel, Smartsheets)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Experience in a 3PL, 4PL, or freight brokerage setting
- Understanding of EDI, API integrations, or logistics data systems
- Certifications like PMP, CAPM, or Agile Scrum (a plus, not required)
