Position Summary

As the Data Insights Coordinator, you will serve as the bridge between our data team and internal stakeholders, translating business questions into data solutions. You will oversee the development and delivery of actionable insights derived from our core data sources (Salesforce, Snowflake, and third-party logistics data providers), ensuring that data-driven decision making is embedded throughout our organization. While technical expertise in our platforms is not required, you will develop a thorough understanding of our data team’s processes and capabilities to effectively communicate reporting possibilities to stakeholders.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to understand their data needs and develop reporting solutions that address business challenges
• Manage the request pipeline for data insights, prioritizing projects based on business impact and resource availability
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our reporting library, available output formats, and the data team’s capabilities
• Lead cross-functional data literacy initiatives to enhance the organization’s ability to interpret and leverage insights
• Create and deliver compelling data narratives through PowerPoint presentations and tailored Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Communicate realistic timelines for report generation and data projects to stakeholders based on data team capacity
• Present complex data findings in clear, accessible formats curated for different audiences’ needs
• Identify opportunities for automated reporting and dashboard development to improve efficiency
• Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting outputs by establishing clear requirements
• Stay current with both company and industry data trends to identify potential reporting opportunities

Education/Experience

Required Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English for effective stakeholder communication, presentation delivery, and documentation creation
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
• Understanding of data visualization best practices, tools, and interpretation

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant education such as a degree in Business, Statistics, Computer/Data Science, or comparable field
• Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce, Snowflake, or similar CRM/data warehouse platforms
• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles, preferably in logistics or supply chain
