- Step in on escalations and partner cross-functionally to ensure service levels are consistently met
- Partner with other department managers to deliver seamless logistics solutions
- Act as a senior point of contact for key accounts when needed, reinforcing executive-level relationships
- Coach the team to operate as trusted advisors, delivering customized, value-driven logistics solutions

- BS Degree in Business, Logistics, or related work experience required
- Understanding and knowledge of the Transportation and Logistics industry, Understanding and knowledge of DOT regulations and standards
- 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, and/or distribution preferred
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
