Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers, driving both performance and professional growth
- Provide ongoing coaching around relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling
- Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability across the team
- Oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts through your team, ensuring strong relationship management and long-term growth
- Guide Account Managers inidentifyingand executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Support team members in building strategic account plans to maximize profitability
- Hold the team accountable for execution across shipment management, communication, and issue resolution
- Step in on escalations and partner cross-functionally to ensure service levels are consistently met
- Partner withother department managerstodeliver seamlesslogisticssolutions
- Act as a senior point of contact for key accounts when needed, reinforcing executive-level relationships
- Coach the team tooperateas trusted advisors, delivering customized, value-drivenlogisticssolutions

- BS Degree in Business, Logistics or related work experience required
- Understanding and knowledgeable of the Transportation and Logistics industry Understanding and knowledge of DOT regulations and standards
- 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation and/or distribution preferred
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
