As a Carrier Compliance Intern, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our carrier partners meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding of new carriers by reviewing submitted documentation and verifying compliance with requirements
- Perform preliminary audits on carrier profiles to identify potential compliance issues and escalate as necessary
- Support the review and processing of override requests based on risk criteria and business justification
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date carrier records in the TMS
- Collaborate with Operations and Risk Management teams to resolve compliance-related issues in a timely manner
- Track and report on compliance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
