Middle Market Sales Representative to focus on high-impact, mid-sized accounts ($250M–$500M in revenue). This is a true consultative sales role focused on solving complex supply chain challenges and driving long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and build relationships with mid-market companies facing complex supply chain challenges
- Develop tailored, multimodal transportation solutions aligned to customer goals
- Own the full sales cycle—from discovery through close
- Partner closely with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success
- Manage pipeline activity and account strategy within CRM
- 2–4 years of experience in freight brokerage or 3PL sales
- Proven ability to manage longer, more consultative sales cycles
- Strong understanding of truckload, LTL, expedited, drayage, and intermodal solutions
- A relationship-driven mindset with a focus on long-term growth
- Highly organized, proactive, and motivated by results
- Sell into larger, more strategic accounts with real revenue impact
- Strong operational support and established carrier network
