Senior Accountant (High-Growth Consumer Products Company)

This is a high-visibility Senior Accountant role where you’ll work closely with leadership and play a key part in the monthly close, financial reporting, and inventory accounting.

What You’ll Do
- Own key components of the month-end close
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support financial reporting and variance analysis
- Work with inventory and physical counts
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and account management
- Assist with audit support and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience total
- Public Private mix strongly preferred:~2 years in public accounting (audit)
- ~1–3 years in industry (Senior Accountant level or ready for it)
- Experience in product-based companies:
- Manufacturing, distribution, consumer goods, or similar
- NetSuite experience REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of GAAP and close process
- Comfortable in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Clear communicator — able to work with both finance and non-finance teams
