Job Description:
KC Technologies is a growing IT services company providing managed IT, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions to businesses across New England.
We are looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role working directly with business clients, supporting day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with deployments.

Requirements:
- Provide technical support for client systems (Windows, basic networking, Microsoft 365)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Assist with PC deployments, imaging, and user setups
- Support network equipment (routers, switches, access points)
- Work on-site at client locations when needed
- Document work, tickets, and solutions clearly
- Follow internal processes and SOPs
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when needed
- Basic understanding of IT systems (Windows OS, networking fundamentals)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (email, users, basic admin)
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills (client-facing role)
- Reliable transportation (required for on-site work)
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
Preferred Not Required
- Experience with networking (Ubiquiti, Fortinet, VLANs, etc.)
- Experience with ticketing systems or MSP tools
- CompTIA A / Network (or working toward it)
- Previous IT support or help desk experience
Compensation:
- $22–$30/hour (based on experience)
