Responsibilities
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll work on a variety of equipment and systems, including but not limited to:
- Printers, POS equipment, and network devices
- Servers, scales, amplifiers, and speakers
- Low-voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, coax, etc.)
- Dial tone and business phone systems
- Troubleshooting, installations, and routine maintenance
- Documenting work and communicating with dispatch or clients
Requirements
Must Have:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Cell phone
- Basic hand tools
- Minimum 2 years of cabling experience
Preferred Experience:
- Working with POS, network, or telecom systems
- Familiarity with IT or MSP environments
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
