Payroll Implementation Specialist – Manchester Area, NH

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is working with an established New Hampshire company seeking two Payroll Implementation Specialists. These newly added permanent positions will join a growing team and work directly with clients on payroll system implementations, configuration and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on payroll system implementation experience and enjoy working directly with clients in a project-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll system implementations from initial setup through launch
• Work with clients to understand requirements and configure appropriate solutions
• Coordinate implementation timelines, testing and deliverables
• Troubleshoot configuration and system issues
• Assist with data validation and ensure accuracy throughout implementation
• Train and support clients on system functionality
• Partner with internal payroll and benefits teams
• Maintain implementation documentation and client records
  
  

Requirements

• Prior hands-on payroll/HCM implementation experience
• Experience with a major payroll platform; UKG experience strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of payroll processes
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Degree and payroll certification helpful but not required
  
  

Compensation: $70K–$80K plus excellent benefits. Hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.
