What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Manager (contract) position at KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting?

We are working with a global company in the Waltham area who is seeking a Tax Manager Consultant to join their team. This is a 9-month contract starting in December.

Responsibilities

  • Quarterly and annual federal & state taxes
  • Handling international tax provisions (ASC-740)
  • Maintain tax compliance and SOX documentation
  • Resolve tax notices and close audits

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of tax experience, including management
  • Strong knowledge of ASC-740
  • BS in accounting, finance, related field
  • Ability to commit to duration of contract

Compensation Package: 60-100/hour depending on experience
