Responsibilities
- Quarterly and annual federal & state taxes
- Handling international tax provisions (ASC-740)
- Maintain tax compliance and SOX documentation
- Resolve tax notices and close audits
- 5-7 years of tax experience, including management
- Strong knowledge of ASC-740
- BS in accounting, finance, related field
- Ability to commit to duration of contract
