This fully on-site opportunity provides hands-on experience across payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger functions within a well-established, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Administering weekly payroll, including preparation of payroll journal entries and reconciliation of related liability accounts
- Maintaining the general ledger, performing account analyses, and completing reconciliations
- Contributing to month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assisting with fixed asset accounting, including subledger reconciliations and review of projects/work orders
- Preparing audit support schedules and assisting with compliance reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles
- Experience working with automated accounting systems
This is a permanent, on-site role offering a salary range of $60,000–$65,000, depending on experience.
