Staff Accountant

This position offers exposure to a wide range of accounting responsibilities across both domestic and international entities, including month-end close, AR/AP, and intercompany activity.

Responsibilities For The Staff Accountant Position

• Record journal entries and assist with day-to-day accounting activity across multiple business units
• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including intercompany transactions
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including account reconciliations and reporting
• Assist with financial audits by preparing required documentation and schedules
• Work within ERP systems to maintain accurate financial data and reporting
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional finance initiatives as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong Intermediate Excel skills
• Familiarity with ERP accounting systems (NetSuite, Oracle, Plex, or similar)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-starter with a process-focused mindset and eagerness to take on additional responsibilities
  
  

Salary: $60,000-$75,000 Bonus Competitive Benefits
