Sr. Treasury Analyst

A global advisory, restructuring, and investment firm is seeking a Senior Associate, Treasury to join its finance team in Boston. This role will play a key part in managing cash operations, supporting forecasting and liquidity planning, and partnering across finance to ensure efficient treasury operations in a dynamic, deal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash activity, including balances, transactions, and liquidity
• Support cash forecasting and analyze cash flow trends
• Manage high-volume domestic and international wire transfers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and maintain cash and monetary reporting to support treasury operations.
• Apply working knowledge of foreign exchange (FX) and hedging activities.
• Partner with accounting on cash reconciliation
• Assist with FX activity, process improvements, and treasury initiatives
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting
• Strong understanding of cash management and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with treasury systems or certifications (CPA, CFA, CTP) is a plus
