Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to business unit and operational leadership.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and P&L analysis.
- Analyze performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods and explain key variances.
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Partner with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, and Accounting on business initiatives.
- Analyze revenue, gross margin, labor, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Develop dashboards and reporting to track KPIs and business performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, cost management, and operational efficiency.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior and executive leadership.
- Support pricing, investment, and commercial decisions with data-driven analysis.
- Ensure financial plans and reporting accurately reflect operational performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 7 years of progressive Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering experience.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Experience owning or supporting a P&L.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems; Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
