Shipping Supervisor or Manager

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a client in Franklin, NH that is looking for a Shipping Manager to the team. We are looking for candidates who can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Document, evaluate, and improve purchasing processes and workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Materials, Shipping, Operations, and Customer Service teams
• Lead, manage, and mentor purchasing team members
• Identify process gaps and implement opportunities for improvement
• Support key operational initiatives and organizational goals
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience working with large-scale ERP systems preferred, such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
  
  

Compensation: $40-55/HR depending on experience
