- Manage end-to-end order processing for domestic and international customers
- Oversee customer onboarding, account maintenance, and credit coordination
- Develop and maintain reporting across sales, inventory, and credit performance
- Coordinate logistics including order releases, carrier bookings, and export documentation
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed
- Track and manage inventory movements, discrepancies, and performance metrics
- Maintain customer portals, ensuring accurate documentation, pricing, and compliance materials
- 3 years of experience in operations, sales support, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in manufacturing or operational environments preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Working knowledge of accounting and financial processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
