Senior Sales Operations Analyst

KBW is partnered with growing organization in Portsmouth, NH, seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support sales and operations through order management, reporting, inventory oversight, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing for domestic and international customers
• Oversee customer onboarding, account maintenance, and credit coordination
• Develop and maintain reporting across sales, inventory, and credit performance
• Coordinate logistics including order releases, carrier bookings, and export documentation
• Provide support to the accounting team as needed
• Track and manage inventory movements, discrepancies, and performance metrics
• Maintain customer portals, ensuring accurate documentation, pricing, and compliance materials
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in operations, sales support, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in manufacturing or operational environments preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial processes
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
