Senior Revenue Analyst – SaaS (ASC 606)

Greater Boston (Hybrid/Remote Flex)

High-growth SaaS organization supporting an expanding customer base, including large healthcare systems.

Our client ~ rapidly scaling SaaS company ~ is seeking a Senior Revenue Analys. This role sits at the center of the contract-to-cash process and will play a key role in revenue recognition, billing operations, and financial reporting. There is strong cross-functional exposure across Finance, Sales, and Customer Success, along with a clear path toward Revenue Manager or broader Accounting leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SaaS contract-to-cash process, including billing, bookings, and ARR/CARR tracking
• Review and interpret customer contracts and statements of work in accordance with ASC 606
• Support monthly close activities, including reconciliations, flux analysis, and reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance on revenue forecasting and performance
• Analyze revenue trends and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and reduce leakage
• Drive process improvements and support system enhancements across the order-to-cash cycle
  
  

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in revenue accounting or financial analysis, preferably within SaaS
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 and subscription-based revenue models
• Experience with contract review, billing operations, and revenue analytics
• Systems experience with Salesforce, Maxio, Sage Intacct, or similar
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to operate in a high-growth, evolving environment
