Senior Financial Analyst

We are conducting a confidential search for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing organization in a highly visible FP&A role supporting strategic planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision support.

This position offers direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to partner cross-functionally across operations, commercial teams, and finance leadership.

This is not a relocation opportunity, candidates must currently reside within 30 miles of Manchester, NH

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or future visa support

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities

• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions

• Deliver actionable reporting and dashboard insights using Power BI

• Partner with operational and commercial leaders on performance analysis

• Present financial findings and recommendations to leadership teams

• Support process improvements and ad hoc analytical initiatives

Desired Skills

• Advanced Power BI and data visualization experience

• Strong forecasting and budgeting background

• FP&A experience within manufacturing, distribution, or related industries

• Financial modeling and decision support capabilities

• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership

• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Current or recent Senior Financial Analyst experience preferred

• 5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
