The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Director of Finance and assist with Modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The Senior Financial Analyst will perform the following:
- Develop and refine financial models to support operational performance, overhead analysis, and broader strategic initiatives
- Play a key role in the budgeting cycle and contribute to ongoing forecasting across multiple business units
- Evaluate financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and partner with the business to drive data-backed improvements
- Provide regular performance reporting and insights across core operational areas including manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and inventory
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to support planning and scenario analysis
- Analyze sales data, variances, and key trends to help inform decision-making and improve overall business performance
- Review bills of materials and costing structures to ensure accuracy in product costing and standard cost models
- Track and interpret operational KPIs, offering recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce ongoing losses
- Own and enhance reporting processes, including building and maintaining dashboards using tools like Excel and Power BI
- Help drive improvements in reporting by moving toward more automated, real-time insights
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements across reporting, data integrity, and financial controls
- Support inventory-related activities, including physical counts and reconciliations as needed
- Handle ad hoc analysis and special projects in support of finance leadership
