What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain product standard costs
- Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to identify trends and improve profitability
- Perform inventory valuation, cycle count analysis, and cost of goods sold reporting
- Evaluate manufacturing variances and provide actionable recommendations
- Partner with operations on capital investment (CAPEX) and ROI analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and assist with internal and external audits
- Utilize ERP data to improve reporting and cost visibility
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 2 years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with inventory, standard costing, and variance analysis
- Strong ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to analyze data and communicate financial insights to business leaders
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000–$120,000 base salary
